Never-Walk-Alone

A webpage created to resolve my own problem that would help me look for anything may be a store, restaurant, park, bar or even zoo in the map that is in a walk able distance from my current location. The webpage provides an good user interface where user's can select what they are looking for and enter the distance in miles that they wish to walk to reach their destination. On the basis of this information, a google map pop ups within the website displaying all the destination the user wished to know about. When clicked on the particular destination, the website also display the time in minutes the user has to walk to reach their from his or her current location. For the completion of this project, HTML 5, Angular JS, Java Script and CSS were used create the website and Google Maps API was used to deal with services related to map. I will host this website on Google server soon. Till than, I have a zip file uploaded below if anyone is interested to go through it and look how it works. Use wamp or so the support the file in your browser.

CaptureAndCatch

An IOS application that extracts text from two user selected images and provides percentage of similarity between extracted texts. The application uses google vision api to extract text from two images and dandelion API to find the percentage of similarity. The application can be used to detect plagiarism.

menu-app

A restaurant menu application developed by me while I was starting to learn android development. The application allows users to choose various nepali food items to place an order from. The menu displays images for the food item and its cost. User can add item to list, delete ordered items, change and choose the quantity of items and pay for their purchase. (Just a screen that provides a billing option. )
