TinyCo is a retail company that sells various SKUs across five different stores. I take on a role of a data analyst hired in the Supply Chain Department to make sense of the data the stores generate, extract valuable insights and ultimately predict demand for the stores' sales. The ultiate goal of the exercise is to produce a Demand Forecast that can be used to inform the Supply Chain department when procuring items in the following year.
