Natural Date and Time is a natural language date and time zone engine which allows you to view time and date information for any major city in the world. You can do time zone conversions and view the current time and daylight saving time information about cities all by querying in natural english text.

apple_bssid_locator

Simple python tool which finds the location of a wifi access point from its BSSID (Basic Service Set Identifier) which is the MAC address of the wifi access point and optionally displays the location on Google Maps. This is implemented by calling the Apple Location Services API.

bravia_console

Bravia Console is a simple console interface written in Python to send remote control commands to a Sony Bravia TV.

wifu

Wifu is a wifi data analysis tool written in Python, it is based on the output of Kismet (https://www.kismetwireless.net/) files. Wifu parses the data from Kismet .netxml output files and stores the data in a structured SQLite database for analysis. A simple HTTP viewer can be spun up to browse the data in a browser via Google Maps.

ms_kb_reader

ATmega328 based Microsoft wireless keyboard reader with LCD display. The device passively scans for wireless keyboards in the vicinity of the device, then displays the characters typed on the LCD display. Based on code from KeySweeper (http://samy.pl/keysweeper/) by Samy Kamkar.

led_ticker

Led Ticker is a Netduino/Arduino based project which displays ticker style data (nba scores, weather, nba news headlines, finance data etc) on a scrolling LED matrix (or any display that uses the HT1632 LED driver). The ticker is controlled by a remote control which allows you to select what is being displayed.

ATtiny85 based micro controller project that replicates the functionality of an Apple remote control along with a simple hardware design for the remote control.

iPhone Twitter client [released in 2011] that allows users to easily follow tweets from professional athletes and associations. The stream app suite of applications included Hoop Stream, MMA Stream, Baseball Stream, Tennis Stream, and Hockey Stream.

gluten_free_nsw

Gluten Free NSW is a iPhone application [released in 2009] which lists gluten free friendly restaurants and cafe's within New South Wales (inc. ACT). The application allows you to easily find restaurants closest to you or in a particular suburb. There are currently over 1000 restaurant listings which can be viewed in a list or on a map, and are easily searched upon and sorted.
