Sometime you miss data, other times you have few data... and another times data is on a format that is impossible to work with. That happened to us when we deal with long term precipitation data downloaded from a server. This article define a way to "transform" the data from unuseful structures to linear tabulated data and then we do some analysis Pandas and plots on Matplotlib
