If people want to know a particular land price when they are buying, they should have to enter the land details (land extend, distance to main road , distance to the town etc. ) to the system and system show a feedback a the predicted land price. Front end is an android mobile application. It provides a predicted land value when user enter some land details as inputs using mobile application.
