It is a solution proposed by the E-Voir team (of which I am the developer) to the hackathon organized by the Francophone Africa Community of Open Data (CAFDO) in 2019. This solution aims to respond to the following challenge : "How can IATI data help communities meet the education and health needs of French-speaking West African citizens?". Our solution intervenes in the field of education and is a web application.
