Diameter Protocol Stack Implemented in C#. Supports Diameter Base RFC 6733 and RFC 4006). This implementation contains Sample Diameter Credit Control Requests Messages Creation and Response Messages Parsing. Transport Layer only Supports TCP Transport in Asynch Modes
