Runtime dependencies

Linux users may have to install libxdo-dev. For example, on Debian-based distros:

apt-get install libxdo-dev

On Arch:

pacman -S xdotool

On Fedora:

dnf install libX11-devel libxdo-devel

On Gentoo:

emerge -a xdotool
