This is a set of simple python scripts to recode protein. This script can be used change codons in DNA of protein sequence.

points_on_sphere

These scripts can be used to draw spheres and points on a sphere.

Crop-mask

Python script to crop images of circular plates (petri dishes) and rectangular omnitray taken using the PhenoBooth.

black_and_white_noise
