开和关 ( open / close ) 只适用于物理上的事情，比如 open the door 、open your month
开和关( turn on / turn off ) 用于一切电子设备，比如 turn on your phone 、turn on your computer

大部分情况下，如果你能站起来走一走，就是 On
比如On the bus 在公交上、On the plane 在飞机上、On the train 在火车上
如果不能站起来走一走，就是 In
比如 In the taxi 在出租车里、In the car 在车里、In the van 在厢式车里
