"One In The Chamber" is a new game mode for CS:GO, where players only have one bullet in their pistol, but that bullet is always lethal. If you manage to kill an enemy with your single bullet, you will recive another one. However if you miss, you will have no ammo left, and you must get a melee kill in order to receive a new bullet.
