Project to analyze and code dispersion of laser pulses in optical components

RayTracing

Simple ray tracing library in Python for optical design that considers simple optical elements (with ABCD ray matrices) but also finite diameters of elements to calculate aperture and field stops, field of view, etc... Useful to validate the design of an optical system (lenses positions, power and diameters). Also permits the propagation of gaussian laser beams through the same elements.

PyTissueOptics

A very simple, fairly slow but very easy to understand and very easy to use Monte Carlo code for Tissue optics simulations.

PyHardwareLibrary

A simple application-oriented and device-oriented library with a variety of communication ports for controlling devices (POSIX serial, USB, etc...)

Polarization

A simple module to manage optical polarization with Jones and Stokes vectors.

Kirchoff

A small class to solve simple linear circuits with Kirchoff's current and voltage laws
