Description of the proposed systems The proposed heath information system is a system that was designed to create a tool for managing the workflow of the hospitals and national health and improve the quality of the health provision to the public. It also allowed patients access health services quicker and interoperability frameworks to enable hospital share information. It has allowed reduction of redundant data reduced paperwork, to provide an efficient way of storing, archiving and updating of records.
