A virtual assistant is an independent contractor who provides administrative services to clients while operating outside of the client's office. A virtual assistant typically operates from a home office but can access the necessary planning documents, such as shared calendars, remotely. People employed as virtual assistants often have several years of experience as an administrative assistant or office manager. New opportunities are opening up for virtual assistants who are skilled in social media, content management, blog post writing, graphic design, and Internet marketing. As working from home has become more accepted for both workers and employers, the demand for skilled virtual assistants is expected to grow. In today’s era almost all tasks are digitalized. We have Smartphone in hands and it is nothing less than having world at your fingertips. These days we aren’t even using fingers. We just speak of the task and it is done. There exist systems where we can say Text Friend, “I will Call you Letter.” And the text is sent or any one may make call by saying “Call To Mr. Roy” That is the task of a Virtual Assistant. It also supports specialized task such as booking a flight, or finding cheapest book online from various e-commerce sites and then providing an interface to book an order are helping automate search, discovery and online order operations. An intelligent virtual assistant (IVA) or intelligent personal assistant (IPA) is a software agent that can perform tasks or services for an individual based on commands or questions. The term "chatbot" is sometimes used to refer to virtual assistants generally or specifically accessed by online chat. In some cases, online chat programs are exclusively for entertainment purposes. Some virtual assistants are able to interpret human speech and respond via synthesized voices. Users can ask their assistants questions, control home automation devices and media playback via voice, and manage other basic tasks such as email, to-do lists, and calendars with verbal (spoken?) commands. A similar concept, however with differences, lays under the dialogue systems. The project aims to develop a personal-assistant for Linux-based / Windows systems using Python, Jupitar Notebook, PyCharm. Voice Assistant using Python draws its inspiration from virtual assistants like Cortana for Windows, and Siri for iOS. It has been designed to provide a user-friendly interface for carrying out a variety of tasks by employing certain well-defined commands. Users can interact with the assistant either through voice commands or using sound or Voice input input. As a personal assistant, this system assists the end-user with day-to-day activities like general human conversation, searching queries in google, Bing or yahoo, searching for videos, retrieving images, live weather conditions, word meanings, searching for medicine details, health recommendations based on symptoms and reminding the user about the scheduled events and tasks. The user statements/commands are analyzed with the help of machine learning to give an optimal solution.

Security is the main concern in today’s digital world. Most of the things done by us and our organizations are in the form of digital format. Nowadays it is very common to use digital photographs and documents for many official and legal purposes and most of the time these documents are very critical and classified for the owner of that documents. Nowadays digital photographs are playing a very important role as evidence of any occurrences which can be used as major proof in our judiciary system. Even some digital information like blueprints of any project, and account log/transaction files are very important for both persons and enterprises. It will be very harmful for the organization and the persons if those classified documents get into the hands of any other unwanted person. Let’s assume a situation where a photograph is playing a vital role in giving a judgment on any judicial case. If that photograph is accidentally accessed by any accused and then tempered, in that case, the actual accused who actually may be associated with any illegal activities would be released due to insufficient proof. For preventing that tamper with that photograph, the handler should encrypt that photograph and only decrypt it when in front of the judge. So, for the security of the digital files, we need a system that can be able to encrypt that file and decrypt that file when the actual owner of that file needs to access that information. For that stated purpose, in our research paper, we have developed software using java that can encrypt files by using a key provided by the owner of the file. This system will filly change the internal bytes of the digital file provided by the owner and make that file unreadable in any traditional digital document reading software. Only those who have the key and the appropriate software developed can able to decrypt that encrypted file and read the content of the file.

Analysing data leads to adapt the prevention model of the countries that are doing great in terms of lowering the graph. Predictions are made with the dataset available to the individual/country/organisations, thus helping them to decide how far they are able to control the pandemic or up to how much extent they should guide preventive measures. Through this project, a step towards helping people to understand the spread and predict the cases in their country is done. This project also gives an insight of how a country is doing in terms of limiting the spread

IOT-BASED-WATER-LEVEL-MONITORING-AND-CONTROL-SYSTEM

Internet of Things is becoming so popular in today’s era, Now-a-days people are used to implementing the features of the IoT in verities of fields. Now, with the evolution of the technology with IoT, we are able to control and monitor our electronic, and electrical devices from anywhere in the world. Here in our project, we have introduced a smart IoT-based water monitoring and controlling system which will eventually reduce the wastage of the water. The system we have developed can be able to control the electric water pumps and eventually our system can switch on and off the pump based on the capacity of the water inside the water tank. Our proposed concept and project are very helpful and will eventually reduce the wastage of water. In this project, we have used NodeMCU ESP 8266 board as the main microcontroller board, the ultrasonic sensor module used to detect the water level of the tank, and one relay module which will control the electric pump. In this project work, the Blynk platform has been used to get connected with the internet and control and monitor purposes. The Blynk is a cloud platform where anyone can build projects related to the Internet of Things. So, we actually plan the whole project to build a specific device enabled with IoT to meet our holy goal to save water and reduce the wastage of water in the time of filling the water tanks in our houses and government water tanks. Introduction: Water is the basic necessity and most significant resource of our planet, for the functioning of all life forms that exist on earth water is the prime necessity. Without water, we cannot imagine any life form that exists in the world. But, In the present scenario due to the increase in pollution and other harmful effects caused by humans the global average temperature is rising day by day. It is very painful to see that we are wasting water where lots of people are not getting proper drinking water. One of the major problems we are facing in our houses and society is the wastage of drinking water. Today, even in our village areas the people are installing the electric water pump which is used to pump the water from the ground and store that water in tanks but in this process sometimes water overflowed from the water tank due to lack of concentration of the person who is responsible for controlling the electric pump. For that stated reason, lots of gallons of water are wasted in a whole day. This project is dealing with IoT-based water level monitoring and controlling system. Our system is IoT-based for that reason anyone can control our system remotely from anywhere in the world. This system can monitor the water level in the water tanks and can control the pump based on the water level with or without any human interactions. Only the person or organization has to set up the whole system at once only for one time and the system will work automatically even without human interactions.
