UmemeOfflineTransactionsSender
A windows service I developed to send Umeme transactions posted in offline mode. The service runs every 5 minutes, checking for offline transactions and posts them to Umeme. If Umeme is still offline, it retries in the next 5 minutes until all the transactions have been posted.
