Easily add an official Twitter hashtag tweet button to the end of every post on your WordPress site. Set the hashtag you are trying to target in your settings. The plugin will automatically create a Bitly link to your article and include it in the tweet - allowing your readers to send your content into targeted conversations for more social traffic.
