• 十分抱歉，XinkVpn 无法在Android 4及以上的系统使用，代码也不会再更新
• 如果想构建Android 4.x上的VPN应用，请参考VpnService

Please note：

• XinkVpn doesn't work on Android 4 and later，and will not get new commits. I'm sorry about that
• If you're finding a way to build your own VPN apps on Android 4.x, please check VpnService
