A visualizer for a parametric analysis of clustered spiking neural networks with time delays. The visualizer uses ~400mb of data that needs to be downloaded separately (generating the data takes a prohibitively long time, even with cluster access [https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B7X7bV09K0rvSDJBOEM1dWZSZ1k]). Pre-computed metric data, however, is provide with this repository.
