My Master thesis: "Image processing methods ". The main goal of the Thesis is to explore several image processing methods focused on edge detection and thresholding, then use these methods to implement a program code for automatic evaluation of data sets from a phenotyping line. The Thesis topicis part of a larger research conducted in cooperation with the Centre of the Region Hana for Biotechnological and Agricultural Research.
