Motor_Controller_1.0

The motor driver code for Auvic. It allowing the user to set the motor speed and read the RPM off of it. Currently the device uses STM32F0 Discovery board with the filter built upon a break out board. The board makes the PWM signals which are driven into the hobby king motor controls. In the future this will all be integrated into one PCB
