Google Glass app that provides definitions for neuroscience terms. The app is developed using the Mirror API Web service and connnects to the NCBO BioPortal and Nueroscience Information Framework Web services for term definitions. The app is launched with the Glass "Take a Note" command.

PDF2OntologyAnnotations

This code takes PDF files as input and generates ontology annotations. The PDF files are processed by PDFX (http://pdfx.cs.man.ac.uk/) and the ontology annotations are generated using the NCBO Annotator (http://bioportal.bioontology.org/annotator).
