We generated a detailed resource of gene expression regulation in regulatory T cells (Tregs) and we integrated our data with immune disease variants. We identified QTL effects, performed colocalization with immune disease associated variants, overlapped immune disease GWAS signals with chromQTLs to functionally refined associated variants and used the prioritised genes to identify drug targets.
