Write a recursive algorithm that returns the number of 1's in the binary representation of the integer N. Use the fact that this number equals the number of 1's in N/2 plus 1 if N is odd. You will create a main file that I can use to test and a header file names "binrep" which will contain your algorithm. You algorithm will take a single integer N and return the number of 1's. Your main will call this function and print.Love Open Source and this site? Check out how you can help us
