Network service consist of one endpoint wich is going to take and IP address and return Geographic coordinates. All IPAddresses are gonna be stored in Postgre DB and automatically update every wednesday. (Wednesday because IPAddresses are pulled form MaxMind database which is updated every Tuesday, so we update on Wednesday) Documentation will be added soon
