This project was developed in 2014 in my post-doc at the Dep of Informatics, King's College London. It is based both in MASON platform and the MASP, and provides Mason with a central clock for distributed step-time simulations. The provided code includes an example discussed briefly in: "Interoperating wargame simulations". 2015.
