Chinese morphological analysis with Word Segment and POS Tagging data for MeCab

20160408 updated train folder with Python3 script and also add pinyin.py of Python3 script (orginal from https://github.com/cleverdeng/pinyin.py which is Python2 script). Users still need to compile setup.py by himself to add it to Python3 because it is not in Pypi.python.org.
