纯真ip数据库，定时更新最新版本，每天会扫描，所以应该是最快的了

一个基于此ip库的地址查询命令行工具--nali，见nali

目录说明

1、historys目录为历史数据，里边带日期的子目录为每周纯真更新的ip库的数据文件，可以从这里获取历史ip库文件

2、根目录下的qqwry_lastest.dat为当前最新的ip库文件，用于其他软件获取最新ip库

3、auto_update_qqwry.sh和update_chunzhen.py文件未获取最新ip库的核心逻辑和封装脚本，可以用来自行集成获取ip库能力
