A high performance deinterlacer for PAL tv viewing. This code is no longer maintained and I'm just publishing it as is. I used to view TV on computer around 2001-2003 with this software. At that time, I had AMD Duron running at 650MHz and this software was my hack to view progressive PAL broadcast with 50 fps progressive output running on 100Hz monitor.
