MPEG_TS_Modifier_CLI_Tool
A python script to read a MPEG TS file and print it in hex format, or use the script to modify a range of pids/packets details. A useful scenario would be, to reduce SCTE35 messages, by changing a range of packets to Null packets (pid=8191/0x0fff)
