It's a part of real life commercial project. It uses ASP.NET WebForms framework. The main challenge was to redesign whole site, while keeping legacy code. This web app for estate agents. It allows them to create beautiful flyers, and then email those flyers to hundreds of agents around the USA. So, it's a marketing tool.
