Mostly python scripts using pyFoam for automatically running OpenFOAM cases with different parameters.

roughnessToFoam

An application for transforming a z0 distribution in map file format (WAsP format) into openFoam nut boundary condition (in simpleFoam nutkAtmRoughWallFunction). This code is a copy of Xabier Pedruelo Tapia's published MsC work with minor editing an python wrapping - links in the page wiki

Martinez3DAR1MeshMaster

OpenFOAM case, with an stl describing a 3D axisymetric hill with Martinez2011 profile. Used for SHM parameter optomization.

a SLURM job adding tool for pyFoam based runs (such as calling pyFoamRunner.py with n processors and a specific job-name)
