A try of a bootloader implementing ISO 9660 to run on a cd's root directory an 16bit explorer with a lot of debug functions. The explorer can start 16bit programs on the cd and it is also able to read and show the files in a viewer. Some sample 16bit programs are included amongst others a tiny shell.
