Effective-Connectivity--Hopf
A Hopf oscillator-based method for estimating effective connectivity. Uses the particle swarm algorithm to fit the model. Groups of effective connectivity estimates may be compared using the network-based statistic. This repository is meant to be used in conjunction with the concurrent Functions repository.
