udp2tcp is a small but versatile tool to forward UDP datagrams over TCP (e.g., encapsulate DNS requests over TCP). Useful when the service you are looking for can listen on TCP also and your firewall drops UDP datagrams. Mirror from the venerable Sourceforge.
