Three python scripts that together prepare, dowload & build libtorrent and qBittorrent on a GNU/Linux, Debian-like system.

goodreads_cli

A smart, elegant command-line interface to goodreads. Uses the goodreads API.

utilities-to-manage-udev-automounting-unmounting

scripts manage the mounting and unmounting of devices in response to udev becoming aware of them as unmounted devices.

systemChecker

a script to test the local system's integrity, especially wrt mounted devices and file systems. Intended to be run by cron or anancron every minute or 5 minutes.

a simple, sane program enabling the most common video transcoding tasks.

backup-and-rsyncbu

(1) "backup": a Perl 5 program that backs-up to free email services. (2) "rsyncbu": A simple wrapper around rsync. Written in Perl5 and using an ini-style config file. Intended to automated large, varied backups that take many hours.
