Build Requirements
Build Instructions
- Open XCI Explorer.sln
- Change Debug to Release in the dropdown menu
- Go to Build, then Build Solution
- Extract hactool.zip to the
XCI-Explorer/bin/Release/tools/folder - Run XCI-Explorer.exe
