BSc project with the start-up company Vaerks, which wants a generic solution that can connect many different sensors on the same (communication) bus. The project will describe a vibration sensor and a flow meter, which will be connected onto a CNC-mill machine. The project's primary focuses will lie in sensor interfacing (digital + analog), industrial communication protocols (RS-485, EtherCat), microcontroller programming and statistical/frequency analysis of data (FFT).
