Install Edge, run Windows Updates, then remove Edge

Remove-NoTerm.exe Remove Edge only. Completely silent, no terminal, no flags. Useful for Task Schedular.
_Source contains the python script used in the executable file. Setup.exe was pulled from an Edge install.
