In this exploratory data analysis, I studied health factors that can affect healthcare cost/expense as part of my INFO 550 (data science toolkit) grad school course. The goal of INFO 550 was to train students on reproducible research using tools like git for version control, command line (bash scripting) and GNU Makefile for automation, Rmarkdowns to share code and analyst's thought process efficiently, docker for containerization, and lots more.
