This collection of scripts enables the extraction of shapes and parameters from crossection-TEM images of semi-ordered (2d) surface structures e.g. of biological samples, such as often found in structural colours (biophotonics). Non-surface edges were removed manually. The undulation caused by the shape of underlying cells was removed using a low-order polynomial fit. Pixels of consecutive surface pattern were sorted, scaled and noise filtered, before local extrema were detected.Lumerical-simulations-for-cluster
