To finding SARS-CoV-2 variants is not a trivial task. In 2019, coronavirus was spreading all over the world. For the purpose, we collected our data from GISAID. We used 5 algorithms. They are Logistic regression, K-Nearest Neighbor, Artificial Neural Network, Convolutional Neural Network and Support vector machine.
