Policy Pulse (a rails app) is a growing initiative to support Governments in listening at scale and providing citizens with the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to making public policies better. The app is comprised of two key elements: (a) a ‘collaborative policy-writing’ tool (b) a Facebook messenger bot.
