Normally in developing countries like Kenya for example. Census is an extremely primitive exercise, where by we are still sending a bunch of individuals carrying reams of paper door to door conducting the exercise. The system eliminates the needs for the papers, and it allows the conductors to collect data via an online form. Citizen can alos view a live census status and information on the website
