EUCAM Software is a user-friendly tool developped by the European Commission. It is aimed at simplifying the process of calculating potential output and output gap estimates, using the EU's commonly agreed, production function methodology (henceforth referred to as the EUCAM i.e. the EU's Commonly Agreed Methodology).
