This is a workflow I created to automate transition reports I used while working in a Network Operations Center. Based off filling out an Excel Spreadsheet and automatically grabbing "categorized" email from an Outlook inbox which then takes that info and formats it into a easily digestible HTML report that is email'd out to appropriate parties at the end of the shift
