New irrigation scheme in the ISBA land surface model, with the new ECOPLIMAP-SG vegetation description. It based on the open access SURFEX version 8.1 (ref f70f6454) under a CECILL-C License (French equivalent to the L-GPL licence; http://www.cecill.info/licences/Licence_CeCILL-C_V1-en.txt). These development will be include in the main version of SURFEX from next generation (version 9.0 for 2020) (see https://www.umr-cnrm.fr/surfex/spip.php?article387).
