A simple Unity3D editor script that will save you a couple nanoseconds by adding the Project Settings tab to the menu bar. Should work with any version of Unity 5/2017/2018. Not needed for versions >= 2018.3 (https://blogs.unity3d.com/2018/12/13/introducing-unity-2018-3/#settings)
