Metagenomic_pipeline

A metagenomic pipeline for making sense of whole genome data from diatom cultures. These datasets are often full of bacterial sequences, sometimes of high quality, and the diatom fraction of the reads can be difficult to estimate. The pipeline can generate and visualise an estimate of how much data originates from the target species if reference sequences for the diatom and/or bacterial sequences is available.
